Is there a whitelist for the MOXY token?
Moxy.io is not using any form of whitelist for access to participate in the MOXY TGE launch. If you would like to participate in the TGE, the Moxy Collectible drops, the launch of the platform, or any of the other utilities the Moxy.io Platform grants, please sign up for the Moxy Club. This is the only way to be eligible.

How do I complete the KYC verification inside of Moxy Club?
Once you have signed up for Moxy Club, you will be directed to BlockPass, a 3rd party KYC provider that Moxy.io utilizes to conduct KYC/AML background checks. You will be required to register for a BlockPass account (which is different from your Moxy Club account). Once registered, BlockPass will require you to submit your identification documents, which they must approve in order to become a fully verified member of Moxy Club.
I've submitted my KYC, how long will it take to approve?
Most KYCs will be verified quite quickly. However, some will need to be verified manually, so may take a few days. If your KYC is taking an extended period of time, please contact us through the contact form on the Moxy.io website.
How do I enable Moxy’s 2FA for my Moxy Club account?
Once you register for Moxy, verify your email, and set up a username and password, you will be prompted to login to Moxy Club. You will be asked to set up 2 factor authentication (2FA) for your account. Google Authenticator or Authy are recommended for the Moxy 2FA. Install one of these applications on your mobile device, scan the QR code displayed on the Moxy web page using the QR code reader inside of your 2FA application. If a QR code is not displayed, please refresh the page. Once scanned, you will see a code that appears inside of your 2FA app. Enter this code inside of the Moxy page and your 2 factor authentication will become verified. Please note that you will be required to enter a 2 factor authentication code every time you attempt to login to Moxy Club. This is a safety precaution Moxy has implemented to secure your account from any potential attackers.
I was one of the first 10,000 fully verified Moxy Club members, will I receive a Moxy Collectible?
Yes. If you were one of the first 10,000 fully KYC verified Moxy Club members, you will receive a Series 1: Inauguration Collection Moxy Collectible.
